我有一款小贴纸，是Supreme图样的，单价才3.47USD，一共卖了9个。

业绩通知里收到了通知被版权方投诉了，让我联系对方撤诉。（但是并没有联系邮箱地址，我的店铺注册邮箱里并没有收到投诉邮件。）

我已经把产品下架了，请问接下来要怎么操作？如果可以自行联系，那么有什么注意的要点，并且有邮件范文吗？
